A] Project Planning and Resource Management

Requirement scoping and effort estimation of the project.

Plan within the budget.

 

B] Implementation of Business Connect Projects

Complete end-to-end Implementation

Analyze the requirement, design, develop and implement Business Connect solutions.
 

C] Project delivery

Execute projects within pre - determined budget, schedule and quality.

Facilitate system testing

Release/ Acceptance of deliverables to customer Incl. Documentation.
 

D] Customer Interaction

Requirement study for the module with the customer during execution. Continuous interaction with the customer till the implementation ends.

Handling customer to handle their tricky problems as and when required
 

E] Pre sales / sales

Takes part in sales process with new prospect (Scoping, estimates and demos for future prospects )

F] Proposal ManagementTechnical Proposal / Contract Mgmt (Technical aspects only) In case project manager identified during proposal phase.

G] Identify additional business opportunities with the existing customer

• Conducting the System study of Production Planning, Inventory QC and Sales functions
• 
  Documentation and mapping of the existing process Flow with ADAGE Process Flow.
• 
  Conducting a Gap Analysis for the following ADAGE Business Processes
  • Manage the Enterprise
  • Design To Deploy
  • Procure To Pay
  • Plan To Produce.
• 
  Charting out an Implementation plan for ADAGE customization as regards Toll Processing, Excise, Sales Tax and MIS reporting requirements.
• 
  Preparing Screen Specifications and Field Validations for technical development and customization of ADAGE.
  
• Setting the system with live and accurate data.
• 
  Conducting training sessions for users on the mapped environment.
• 
  Active participation in the change management process throughout the project and achieved the scheduled target of going live on ADAGE.
