Currently working for the Greater Building Society within the print and store services department, as a qualified and highly skilled printer and machinist / stores pro, I have an eye for quality and detail, which combined, with my sound knowledge, experience, strong work ethic and ability to negotiate successful outcomes proves evident in all my finished results. In this unique role my major responsibilities include production planning, estimating and costing, stock control, the provision of warehousing, distribution & logistics management, and document archiving services for the society as a whole consisting of 25 head office departments and a network of over 70 branches which in turn directly supports its massive customer base. In this role, I proactively liase with both internal and external customers on a daily basis to ensure that solid working relationships are established and maintained thus stimulating departmental growth and continuously improving the Societies benchmarks for customer service excellence. It is my responsibility to work within a strict deadline environment, constantly maintaining liquidity of business operations and a speedy production rate.

It is also my responsibility to produce full colour marketing and promotional printed material at a high quality commercial standard, always in a cost effective and streamline manner, and when required, operating and carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure machinery is kept at its optimum performance level.
