· Developed, implemented and maintained a full HACCP based Food Safety Plan for a food manufacturing facility, achieving HACCP accreditation with NCSI, Woolworths WQA accreditation and an approved export registred dairy processing facility status with AQIS & DFSV.
· Developed and implemented an Internal Audit programme covering all processes and supporting systems of the organisation (26 processes), conducted Internal Audits and managed corrective actions.

· Developed, implemented and maintained AQIS Quarantine Approved Premises procedures, achieving approval status for the only QAP outside a metropolitan area.
