With ACS my position and duties varied over the years and as I became progressive through study and self initiative so too did my position and responsibilities change to envelop these changes. I have been with ACS approximately for 8 years and in that time I started in a junior position to familiarise myself with the industry, production, identification of stock items and general administration. From there I went on to take outstanding debtors that the company was unable to collect and I started the paper trail and communication to resolve these debts which I did very successfully. Thereafter I became the finance manager, I employed branch administrators reporting to myself and I managed the financials and management reporting from head office interacting with 5 branches. I then took over the HR/IR and administrative staff training portfolio in order to improve the management of the business during the crucial period of change S. Africa was going through. Finally I became the profit sharing representative for the group from a sales perspective whereby I brought in business that required an affirmative or previously disadvantaged individual to procure the business. For the past three years I am PRO and I maintain the HR/IR as well as identify trining needs in the group of companies. Aside from this I handle most of the commercial and labour related legalities for the group. Besides doing this I am involved in the strategic planning, and management of the business.

for all the finance, commercial and HR issues within the company. Further to this I handled the administrative management of all the sites and the buying and stock issue to each site forman. I procured all the wages and salaries
