The main job was on designing the moulds, I worked in designing about 500 moulds in 5 years using computer software e.g. CAD/CAM system, Mechanical Desktop 3D, VISI R15, ProEng. with different in molds types like injection molds stack molds, unscrew molds, side core molds, sliding molds, 3 plate molds, hot runner molds, blowing molds, Our worked in designing different products in different fields e.g. packaging of cosmetics, house keeping tools, cars, Refrigerators.

·  Supervision of production machinery process Tracking and process follow up technical problems inside the workshop that contains: milling machines, turning machines, saw, wire machines, spark machines, CNC milling machines( made programs for CNC machine),  surface grinding, the workshop had 10 technicians.

· Control dimensions on machine tools to ensure that stock is machined to specifications.

· Set up program by Vero & Visi Software [machine controls like Rambaudi, Selca] and operate CNC machine tools

· Assembly of tool and polishing of cavities and cutting edges.

·      Follow up the products on the injection machines and making any needed modifications on the molds and on the product for reaching the required results.
